Let's Get Intentional
Reflect on why this time is important for your family and what you hope to achieve. Celebrate and reflect on what you have done in years past.
Part 1: Goal Setting
Discussion: Identify actionable goals you want to accomplish as a family.
Prioritize: Narrow down to a few key goals that align with your family values.
Plan: Decide how to make each goal actionable by either:
- Turning them into SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).
- Scheduling steps directly into the family calendar to ensure follow-through.
Part 2: Vision Boarding
Dream Big: Think beyond the present—what do you envision for your future?
Create Together: Use materials (magazines, photos, quotes, etc.) to build a shared vision board that reflects your long-term aspirations.
Wrap-Up
Recap the goals and vision created during the meeting.
Set a follow-up date to review progress and keep the vision alive.
